Gulnara Kurambayeva

Gulnara Kurambayeva was born on November 22, 1974 in the Karaganda region. In 1994, she graduated with honors from the Karaganda Music College named after Tattimbet (class of O.V. Plitsyn) and entered the Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, where she studied from 1994-1999. in the class of professor, People’s Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Ya. Aubakirova. In 2002, she completed her assistant internship.

While still a student at the AGC named after. Kurmangazy Kurambaeva G.T. performed solo concerts, played with the Karaganda Symphony Orchestra, repeatedly took part in concerts of the Polish Embassy, and participated in master classes.

Kurambaeva G.T. Since 2006, he has been active in concert activities in Kazakhstan and abroad. Gulnara Kurambaeva’s solo concerts, as well as concerts with chamber ensembles and with symphony orchestras, took place in Kazakhstan, Lithuania, India, China, and Georgia. The pianist collaborated with conductors Tao Lin (China-Russia), Alexander Polyanichko (Russia), Anatoly Levin (Russia), Valentin Uryupin (Russia), Dorian Wilson (USA), Pyotr Gribanov (Russia), Pavel Tarasevich (Kazakhstan), Erbolat Akhmedyarov (Kazakhstan), Muslim Emze (Kazakhstan), Adil Bestembekov (Kazakhstan).

Kurambaeva G.T. is a laureate of three International piano competitions: Salzburg, Austria (1st prize), Yekaterinburg, Russia (1st prize), Ufa, Russia (3rd prize).

In 2014, on behalf of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the “Оutstanding achievements in the field of culture” badge. In 2021, she was awarded the medal “30 years of independence of Kazakhstan.”
