The Republican Festival «Our Art is for You, Kazakhstan!»

With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl is organizing a Republican Festival titled “Our Art is for You, Kazakhstan!” on October 24, 2024, in honor of Republic Day.

The aim of the event is to promote the art and culture of the Kazakh people among the ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan, to foster Kazakh patriotism, to highlight the diverse cultural features of the country, and to enhance the professional skills of performers. It also aims to preserve the unity of the people of Kazakhstan and develop the rich cultural diversity of the nation.

All ethno-cultural associations, individual and group performers from various ethnic groups skilled in Kazakh national arts (such as dombra, kobyz, syrnai, and other traditional instruments, as well as those performing Kazakh songs and dances) will participate in the festival.

Participants who advance to the second stage of the festival «Our Art is for You, Kazakhstan!» will perform at the Gala concert, which will take place on October 24 at 19:00 in the Grand Hall of the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl.

Since 2022, this festival, organized within the walls of the philharmonic, has become a cradle of peace and unity. Artists from various ethnic groups have embarked on a significant creative journey by performing Kazakh songs and melodies, contributing to the strengthening of national unity. In the 2022-2023 years, artists who participated in the Republican Festival “Our Art is for You, Kazakhstan!” are now performing at concert events across the country and have become favorites among the audience.
