Press conference. In anticipation of the concert celebrating the 20th anniversary of the French Alliance in Almaty, a press conference was held at the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl. The conference was attended by French artists, singers Gabi Artmann and Frederic Zhuanne, as well as by the cultural advisor of the French Embassy in Kazakhstan, Alex Bortolan, a member of the Board of Directors of the French Alliance in Almaty, Azhar Abildina, and the director of the philharmonic, Akan Abdualiyev. The organizers discussed the program of the upcoming concert with journalists, as well as talked about the creativity of the musicians themselves, the unique joint project involving the soloists of the “Otrar Sazy” orchestra and students of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.
