On June 9, 2023, at the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a seminar for concert institutions was held. The seminar was attended by the chairmen of the Association of Composers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Union of Music Professionals, as well as the directors of creative groups from various regions of the country.

The director of the philharmonic, Akan Abdualiyev, welcomed all the seminar participants and outlined a number of topics for discussion regarding the renewal and development of repertoire for ensembles in modern conditions, strengthening mutual concert and tour connections, and exchanging performance skills among artists.

At the end of the seminar, several key tasks were identified that need to be addressed through joint efforts. As a conclusion to the seminar, the heads of the institutions signed a mutual memorandum.
