Zhanar Suleimanova is a talented Kazakh pianist, who has been professionally performing concerts in Kazakhstan and internationally for many years. She graduated from the K. Bayseitova Specialized Secondary Music School, the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music, and the assistantship program at the P. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. Currently, Janar Suleimanova has been working as a soloist at the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic for over 25 years. Her performances are widely known around the world. She held five solo concerts in Germany (in the small hall of the Gasteig Philharmonic in Munich and in the royal castles of Bavaria), in Italy (at the Labers Castle in Merano), twice in Paris (Saint-Philippe-du Roule), in Moscow, and many other cities. Janar Suleimanova also performed in prestigious theaters, including the Show Theatre in London, the Cortot Hall in Paris, the Puccini Hall at the Milan Conservatory named after G. Verdi, the Conservatory of Orleans, and the Petersburg House of Scientists. She studied at the Milan Conservatory under G. Verdi, the Academy of French Music at the A. Cortot School in Paris, and attended masterclasses in Germany.
She has performed with various orchestras under the direction of famous conductors such as T.Abdrashev, V.Papyana, K.Mangu, N.Krauze, K.Akhmetov, E.Akhmedyarov, R.Skuratov, P.Tarasevich, K.Omarov, and others. She has performed piano concertos by composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Chopin, Liszt, Brahms, Saint-Saëns, Tchaikovsky, Arensky, and Prokofiev. Suleimanova is a laureate of national and international competitions, including the Republican Competitions, the Regional Competition in Tashkent, as well as international competitions in the USA, Italy, France, and the UK. She has also received the state prize of Hungary, “Pro Cultura Hungarica”. Her artistic style is not only distinguished by her technical skill but also by deep sensitivity and musical interpretation.
