We are pleased to announce that on October 1, 2024, at 7:00 PM, a concert will be held to celebrate the opening of the new season of the State Choir Chapel named after B. Baikadamov!
This ensemble, honored with the title of “Honored Collective of the Republic,” became a laureate of the All-Union Competition and joined the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl in 1935. This year, the chapel is celebrating its 85th anniversary. The repertoire of the State Choir Chapel includes works by foreign classical composers as well as outstanding Kazakh composers such as B. Baikadamov, E. Rakhmadiyev, G. Zhubanova, M. Sagatov, S. Mukhamediyev, and Zh. Tursynbaev. This creative and artistic potential has allowed the chapel to perform not only in Kazakhstan but also on international stages.
