Laureate of international competitions, Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of culture and art. He is a graduate of the Royal College of Music in London. Actively develops his concert activities. Amir Bisengaliyev took part in government concerts in Vienna (Austria), Seoul (Korea) and in Nursultan. In 2010, he performed with the legendary Moscow Virtuosi Orchestra under the direction of Vladimir Spivakov in the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
