This event is dedicated to the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, celebrated annually on May 21, highlighting the vital role of professionals in preserving and enhancing the nation’s cultural and historical heritage. Currently, approximately 60,000 individuals are employed in Kazakhstan’s culture and arts sector.

The forum aims to showcase key achievements in the field, establish sustainable traditions for recognizing and supporting cultural professionals, and provide methodological assistance to workers in culture and archives. Participants will include leaders and staff from museums, theaters, libraries, archives, cultural and leisure organizations, as well as representatives from the creative intelligentsia and the creative industries.
The program will feature sessions on museum affairs and historical-cultural heritage, library and archival work, theatrical arts, and concert activities. Additionally, there will be seminars, trainings, and master classes on artifact preservation and restoration, costume and prop production technologies, and modern strategies for the digital transformation of libraries.

As part of the forum, the Republican Festival of Cultural and Art Organizations and Workers “Rukhani Kazyna – 2025” will be held. This festival will involve state museums (of regional and district/city significance), state libraries (of regional, district/city, and rural significance), and state cultural and leisure organizations (of regional, district/city, and rural significance).
