A new director has been appointed to the Zhambyl Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic.

 

Today, the Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aibek Sydykov, introduced to the team of the Zhambyl Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic Nurgisa Muratuly Daueshov, appointed as the Acting Director of the Philharmonic.

Nurgisa Daueshov is a graduate of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory and holds a master’s degree from the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.

Over the years, he has worked in the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Folk Instruments Orchestra, at the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, and served as Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Until today, he served at the “Presidential Center” under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
