A regular compliance meeting aimed at enhancing legal awareness among staff and preventing corruption was held at the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl.
During the event, participants discussed in detail issues related to ensuring transparency, academic integrity, and the rule of law within the institution.
Speakers of the meeting:
- Anuar Askerbek Abdirakhmanuly — Compliance Officer of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University;
- Abzal Kuanyshuly — Deputy Director of the Kazakh State Academic Philharmonic named after Zhambyl.
In their speeches, the speakers emphasized the importance of timely identification of internal risks, strict compliance with legal requirements, and the development of a strong corporate ethics culture.
Anuar Askerbek Abdirakhmanuly shared his experience in implementing the key functions of a compliance service and highlighted the practical aspects of its operation. In turn, Abzal Kuanyshuly noted the significance of such events for the Philharmonic staff, stressing that openness and integrity are among the institution’s core values as a center of culture.
At the end of the meeting, employees of the Philharmonic had the opportunity to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers on legal matters. The institution’s management intends to continue systematically implementing and strengthening its compliance policy.
