Basic rules of the visit
- By purchasing a ticket to the Philharmonic’s concerts (events), the visitor agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with these rules and public order in the Philharmonic’s concert halls.
- Upon entering the Philharmonic building, the visitor is checked strictly according to the tickets and season tickets of the established sample, purchased at official points of sale.
- The visitor must keep the ticket until the end of the concert (event), and the subscription until the end of the concert series.
- The electronic ticket must be printed after purchase, having received it by e-mail. To enter the concert, the visitor presents a printed electronic ticket to the controller.
- When attending a concert (event) at the special invitation of the Philharmonic Society administration, students, mass media, etc., it is necessary to present to the supervisor a supporting document (pension certificate, student ID, service card, etc.) media representatives must be accredited by the Philharmonic administration.
- The entrance of the audience to the Philharmonic Hall is carried out after the first bell, 1 hour before the start of the event. After the 2nd bell, he gives permission to enter the hall to take their seats. After the 3rd bell, entrance to the stalls and amphitheater is not allowed. The hall supervisor has the right to escort the late spectators to the balcony or any free place. You can take the seat indicated on your ticket during the intermission.
- In order not to disturb our listeners and performers, the exterior doors close 25 minutes after the start of the concert.
- Ticket refunds are possible in cases of cancellation of the concert.
- Original tickets purchased only at the box office of the Philharmonic, as well as from official representatives of the Philharmonic, with undamaged controls, are subject to refund in cash.
- In case of delay due to the fault of the listener, no refund, provision of seats for another concert (event) or any other compensation will be made.
- The Philharmonic Administration reserves the right to make changes to the programs and the cast, without prior notice. A replacement in the performing staff is not a reason for a refund or replacement of the purchased ticket.
- Concert dates may be changed in some cases.
- For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring into the hall: flammable, explosive and poisonous substances, piercing and cutting objects, as well as pyrotechnic devices, narcotic substances, alcoholic beverages and bulky items.
- During the concert, listeners should mute their phones.
- The use of photo, audio and video equipment is prohibited during the concert.
To ensure the safety of the audience, artists and staff, there are video surveillance cameras on the territory of the Philharmonic.
